Craig Ex, host of Pot TV’s talkshow Expert Joints and regular on Cannabis Life Network, takes time out for a pre-show interview with me on cannabis legalization in Canada, and cannabis in general. We cover many topics about Mary Jane, including the basics for people like me who are sort of newbs when it comes to weed.
Okay this episode is going to be different.
I’ll admit it, this episode is UBER niche. I’ve been engrossed with the story Mars Argo, Titanic Sinclair and Poppy. If you will, you can follow me down the rabbit hole. In a nutshell, Mars Argo is the name of a woman and a band who rose to some notoriety in Chicago and then LA. They made awesome little videos on their channel grocerybagtv. But one day, much like Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory – 90 videos just disappeared off the site, Mars went completely missing and her boyfriend started making similar videos with a new girl – Poppy. For three years, people asked – WHERE’S MARS ARGO? It became a mystery people obsessed about.
I’m not the only one, there are hundreds of Argonauts on YouTube scouring the web for answers and theorizing about what’s actually going on.
On November 8th, 2016, Jordan Robson, stood at the Manhattan voting place where Donald Trump would appear with her colleague. They waited until the right moment – when the press would see them – broke free, and tore off their shirts to expose their bare breasts upon which were written in thick black ink: “HATE OUT OF MY POLLS” and “TRUMP GRAB YOUR BALLS!”
Both women are members of FEMEN. In fact, Jordan is the Head of FEMEN USA! (supportfemen.com)
From October 16, 2015:
Kenneth Copp grew up in a Fundamentalist Christian family and eventually made his way into an Old Order Amish community. After 30 years of being Amish, he deconverted to atheism. Although he is no longer religious, he has kept many of the facets of Amish daily living. We will discuss his voyage from religion to atheism, the reaction of the Amish community and his unique fusion of modern technology and older ways of living and the motivations behind this. Kenneth is also working on a book to share his fascinating story with others.

Kenneth Copp talks with me about how his strong love for the environment and his Christian faith brought him to join the Amish and eschew many modern conveniences. Then, a chance meeting with an atheist introduced him to critical thinking and made him re-examine the Bible and the very foundations of his belief in God and religion.
After fifteen years an Amish, Kenneth’s mind is free of religious superstition and he’s now in the rare position of being perhaps the only Amish Atheist. His belief in gods is gone but his desire to keep his environmental footprint as small as possible keeps him living an Amish lifestyle. He’ll drive a car when he needs to go long distances, but most days he’ll drive his horse and buggy. Continue reading “Kenneth Copp: Amish Atheist”
Awhile back, guest Wes Rand (pen name) realized that aside from novels like the Fountainhead or Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand, there was a shortage of decent Conservative fiction out there. He also has a passion for western novels and was looking to write something gritty and real — less like Roy Rogers and more like Quentin Tarantino!
Enter Evil Stryker – a mean antihero not unlike Clint Eastwood’s characters from those fantastic old Spaghetti Westerns!
On this episode I have two awesome guests who open up to talk about misophonia (https://bit.ly/1VsTz3p):
As of 2016 the literature on misophonia was limited. Some small studies show that people with misophonia generally have strong negative feelings, thoughts, and physical reactions to specific sounds, which the literature calls “trigger sounds”. These sounds are apparently usually soft, but can be loud. One study found that around 80% of the sounds were related to the mouth (eating, slurping, chewing or popping gum, whispering, etc.), and around 60% were repetitive. A visual trigger may develop related to the trigger sound. It also appears that a misophonic reaction can occur in the absence of an actual sound.
This episode, Kabrina H Adams (aka Moonbear) joins me to discuss how she got into skateboarding, multimedia production (podcasting and DJing), modelling and acting. We also talk about public ‘nudity’ because she is a body freedom activist — it is not against the law for women to have exposed breasts in New York City and she wants women to have the same freedom as men and not be forced to cover up.
In 1984, Joe Newman started leaving cassette tapes with music made with his cheap 4-track mixer on the front counter of The Record Exchange in Austin, Texas. People bought the cassette and thus was born — The Rudy Schwartz Project.
Sister Indica is Your Homegurl for Life! She joins me to talk about the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and how she got into this amazing charity ad LGBTQ activism organization!
The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence is a leading-edge Order of queer nuns. Since our first appearance in San Francisco on Easter Sunday, 1979, the Sisters have devoted ourselves to community service, ministry and outreach to those on the edges, and to promoting human rights, respect for diversity and spiritual enlightenment. We believe all people have a right to express their unique joy and beauty and we use humor and irreverent wit to expose the forces of bigotry, complacency and guilt that chain the human spirit.
